Today's Guidance: (which is for the next 24hrs)

It's time to listen to your heart or even a trusted friend. Your intuition is en pointe right now and it would be wise to listen to it. You have the power to create happiness and may find that people are surrounding themselves around you and competing for your attention because of this!
It may be also true, that you have been TOO giving and not receiving back. Perhaps it's time to allow others to help you. Remember the balance of Ying/Yang, giving/receiving, dark/light? It is so important that you receive as much as you give. This keeps your balance of energies right and allows you to feel appreciated and respected. We ALL deserve this balance!
Be careful to not burn yourself out. You may be taking on a lot at the moment and it's much better to allow other's to help, rather you trying to do it all yourself. People may be expecting too much of you because they know you are so giving, loyal, tenderhearted and charitable, but this may cause you to feel too much pressure to deliver the goods. Try to only take on what you know you can comfortably achieve. Take time for yourself and remember that you matter too!

Distant (Absentee) Healing Testimonial

This is a testimonial from my beautiful, eldest daughter, Erin. She will explain in her words how Distant Reiki helped her tremendously the day of her wisdom teeth being removed under general anesthetic. I set it up the night before, ready for the following morning. I did not ask Erin to write this, in fact, it was a complete surprise to me! I thank her for writing it though. Erin is 20 years old at the time of this publication.

"Yesterday I went into surgery to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed, my mum ( Belinda Monk Healing & Guidance) sent me Reiki the night before I went in so it was ready for me in the morning. I am so glad that mum did because I felt calm and ready for the surgery, there was barely any pain where they put the needle in my hand and everything ran very smoothly for me, but the biggest thing was waking up this morning with absolutely NO swelling, pain or bruising at all!! I feel 100% today and I don't even need to take the pain relief I got supplied with :) I am so grateful that mum is such an amazing women and Reiki Master, I recommend her services 100% not just because she is mum but because it really does help with the healing of your body :) So if anyone is considering trying Reiki out, I would definitely give it a go and you will see the benefits for yourself :)" - Erin Louise Monk ,1 July, 2015.

Erin did not need ANY pain medication or relief, had no swelling or bleeding (gums were cut and she has stitches in all four places) and recovered very quickly, with no side effects from the anesthetic! Hard to believe for having all 4 wisdom teeth out, I know, but honestly, it was exactly that easy. Now, I am NOT promising that EVERY person will have things go this well, but I do the same for everyone. Every person's circumstances, health and people involved, will of course come into play. I DO pray for assistance also when I set up the Reiki healing. I have complete faith in Reiki and I know it will assist you, as long as you allow it to. I am very passionate about helping people heal themselves through 'alternative' or 'complimentary' therapies, such as Reiki.

A note about my Angel Card Guidance Readings :)

This is just a quick post about my guidance readings. Please feel free to share smile emoticon 
I was asked about my readings by a new client on the weekend. I explained how I use my "Intuition", "Clairvoyance", "Mediumship" (I really don't like the word "psychic" anymore as unfortunately it has been tarnished by 'fakes' and people not happy with readings) and I use Oracle Cards with my readings. This person didn't know much about readings and didn't know what Oracle Cards were. So I explained that these cards are simply a tool that immediately validates and confirms messages/information from spirit. The client can see the information that, I, the Intuitive, is receiving. They have a beautiful, gentle energy and I really love to use them. You CAN NOT get the WRONG information using Oracle/Tarot cards! But you need to remember, you may not hear what you WANT to hear. Instead you will receive the relevant information (truth) for that moment in time. As with ALL readings, Intuitives (psychics/mediums/clairvoyants) can only relay information that is surrounding your question at that very moment in time. The fact is, we have "free will" and we can decide to change our minds at any moment. If your question affects others, this can also come into play. It's very hard to hear of genuine clairvoyants/mediums/intuitives etc. (I refer to those whom genuinely want to HELP people, not "rip-off" people by pretending to be genuinely helpful) being "slammed" for being "wrong" or "useless". This is why I call my readings, "Guidance" readings, as that is what they are. This person asked me if they asked a question, would they get a "Yes" or "No" answer, the answer to that is, sometimes. Usually you will receive the information (truth) and/or events surrounding the questions, in the end it's up to you to decide what to do with that information. Sometimes though, spirit have a very direct message for you, such as "NO!" 'Definitely not in your best interests." or "Yes!" "This is correct for you right now". In some cases, we are "blocked" from receiving information, although this is very rare and I haven't had this happen...yet!
I also DO NOT EVER SHARE ANY DETAILS ABOUT YOUR READING OR HEALING SESSION WITH ANYONE. I believe in complete confidentiality.
So, please try to understand how readings work, just so there are no misunderstandings :)

Good morning/evening! 
Just a quick THANKYOU to everyone around the world!
I am SO very grateful for everyone's prayers for Australia yesterday, as we had two Tropical Cyclones (TC) (TC Lam and TC Marcia) upon us. As the one in the top of Australia hit, it was down-graded and although it damaged many homes, downed trees and caused power outages to very rural communities through Arnhem Land (which took the brunt of the storm), there are so far, no lives lost and TC Lam continued to weaken down to a 'Tropical Low' very quickly.
Further south, on the East Coast of Australia in Queensland, TC Marcia was headed in at a Category 5 TC! As it hit land, at about 9am Queensland time, it was down-graded to a category 4 and then not long later, a category 3. By the afternoon it was a category 2 and then a 'Tropical Low' by the evening. This is because of PRAYER!
TC Marcia was destined to a cat 5 even after it hit land, but was quickly weakened! Of course she still caused a LOT of damage, it could have been SO much worse! Prayer really does work! So, thankyou God and thankyou for your prayers and positive thoughts!

Focus ONLY on love!

 I do hope you are well and happy! May this moment fill you with a sense of belonging and purpose. You are loved, needed and wanted heart emoticon 
I hope you have a beautiful weekend! Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, so from me to you, I send you much, much love!! Whether you are single or have a partner to 'share' this day with, it would be nice to call a relative or friend that is single (think Grandma/Grandpa who's partner has passed away or divorcees) and wish them a lovely day and tell them they are loved, don't you think? It's usually a great, positive day, as everyone is focused on love- and that is what life is the most important and strongest feeling and 'state' we could ever have! Love heals everything! If all the world just focused on loving one another and acting in loving ways, imagine what the world would be like? It CAN be that way, we just need to focus only on love! 

The "bad people" that visit our 8yr old son- Cleansing the house!

I just wanted to share something with you smile emoticon
Today I cleansed our home with a White Sage smudge stick and Reiki. Our 8yr old son, Noah, is very Clairvoyant (and showing signs of Mediumship) and easily sees angels and spirits, but a couple of weeks ago he stepped out of his bedroom to go to the bathroom and as he looked towards the kitchen, he saw a VERY bright light with a man's face. He could only see the bust of this man but in actual human-man size. He was so shocked by it that he stepped backwards into his door frame. He turned and went down into his sister's room (as she heard him get up out of bed and was standing at her doorway) and she too, saw this white figure! Noah looked back at it and it was fading away. It has really frightened him and he has been unable to sleep properly ever since. I had to sleep with him for the first two nights after this. He now sleeps with 'fairy lights' in his room.
He was also 'visited' by some "bad people" after he had awoken from nightmares a couple of nights ago, and I was up with him for most of the night. All but one went (or was taken away by Archangel Michael, rather) and this one, was very insistent on staying! It was finally taken away but Noah was really unsettled by this and couldn't sleep- worst thing was, he had his first day of school that next morning and we were both exhausted.
I decided that the house needed a very thorough cleansing, so that's what I have done. The house smells like white sage smoke but the energy is a thousand times LIGHTER! My husband and my two eldest girls can feel this lightness too. I highly recommend using a smudge stick- it really does make an incredible difference to the energies. I also called in Archangel Michael and used Reiki symbols and energy to help.
I strongly recommend you cleanse your home/office/working space as it makes such a difference, especially when working with Spirit.

Good morning/afternoon :)
May this moment fill you with a feeling of oneness with God and the universe.
You are so very loved, and you matter! Your presence on this Earth is very much needed and appreciated. You have a purpose being here (even if you don't know or feel what it is yet) and your existence DOES make a difference in this world! Life can get tough at times, but we have to remember that we are here to learn, grow and evolve. Part of doing this is working through challenges and learning from them. How can we ever grow, learn and evolve if nothing changed or challenged us? When we 'get through' these challenging times or situations, we become stronger (mindfully), less fearful, more confident, more determined, more 'experienced', more positive, more humble, more 'grounded', more spiritual and spiritually evolved, more accepting (of many things), more understanding, more aligned to our life purpose, more feeling the oneness that we ARE with God, and the list goes on.
Sometimes it may not seem like we have evolved, we may just feel exhausted, weary, and confused as to WHY we went through all this. The reasons will always become apparent after time. Accepting that things in life will challenge you, but also accepting the billions of small and big things in life that you receive or go through in every day life is just as important!
All this matters. This is what makes you, YOU! Your thoughts, feelings and knowledge all come into play. You are important. It's that simple. Every one of us makes a difference in this world. It doesn't matter what your life purpose is, it will still make a difference and have a ripple effect. Keep that in mind. The next time you or someone else says "I'm just a...", remind yourself or that person, that it still matters! You are still contributing to this world, no matter what you are doing and what you are here for. Nurses, gardeners, parents, working from home, staying at home, cleaners etc... There is a REASON for you being here, you are not here just "because". You are loved, wanted and needed!!! You are here on PURPOSE!

This is not an egotistical love of yourself. It can be the hardest love of all, but once you accept this self-love, your whole outlook and world will change. You will FEEL so much more worthy of abundance, love and everything good in life. This is what God wants for you- always has but you need to realize that you are worthy of this! We will work on this together in upcoming posts.
